Tweed Tastic
For a college assignment we have been given the task to design a tweed jacket for Autumn/Winter 12/13. The restrictions for the brief is that we only have a metre and a half of material. I love the era of Sherlock Holmes with caped jackets and I love the structure in Alexander McQueen's jackets designs, my jacket has been influenced by these things. We also have to design and make a dress to match the jacket using the same fabric allowance but in linen. I will put on the pictures of my designs on as soon as possible and put on photos of the process start to finish. Cant wait!
